show Abstracthide Abstract
This FDA GenomeTrakr BioProject maintains a collection of clonal replicates of isolates within NCBI Pathogen Detection. These replicates are from bacterial foodborne pathogens, such as Salmonella, Listeria, pathogenic E. coli, and Cronobacter, isolated from environmental swabs or samples of food products. Sequences in this BioProject are NOT included in NCBI Pathogen Detection.
